Our Story
When I was fourteen years old, cooking became my life's work. I learned to cook handmade dishes in my family kitchen and then studied pastry and bakery in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
After relocating to Ireland, I continued my career in cooking at Elephant & Castle, where I was responsible for the daily preparation of mouth-watering dishes for patrons.
A personal need gave rise to GranolaLu. Even though I would grab unhealthy snacks like crisps and chocolate during my hectic workdays, I would still end up hungry at the end of the day.
I found that I could get through each day after I began to bring my own homemade granola along with Greek yoghurt. My loved ones gave it a go, and they raved about it, so they told me to spread the word.
And so… Granola Lu began.
